- Is IJSTS a peer-reviewed journal?
- Yes. Every manuscript undergoes double-blind peer review by at least two independent domain experts, following an initial editorial screening.
- Is there a fee to publish in IJSTS?
- All Article Processing Charges are waived for manuscripts accepted during the journal's launch year. See the APC page for details.
- How long does peer review take?
- IJSTS uses an Online First model to publish accepted articles as quickly as possible after copyediting; exact timelines depend on reviewer availability and revision rounds.
- What citation style does IJSTS use?
- IJSTS uses the IEEE numbered citation system, with in-text references as sequential bracketed integers, e.g. [1], [2, 3].
- Can I use AI tools to write or edit my manuscript?
- AI tools may be used for language editing, formatting, and similar support, but must be disclosed, and cannot be listed as an author. See the AI Policy for full rules.
- What is the maximum similarity score allowed?
- Manuscripts with an overall similarity index above 15% on Crossref Similarity Check / iThenticate are rejected without review.
- Do I need to submit a separate title page?
- Yes. Submissions are split into a Title Page (with author identities) and a fully Blinded Manuscript, to preserve the double-blind review process.
