Information We Collect
The names, affiliations, and email addresses entered into the OJS submission system are used exclusively for the purposes of this journal, including the editorial and peer review process, communication with authors and reviewers, and production of the published record. They will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
Use of Submission Data
- Title page metadata is shared only with the Editorial Office, not with reviewers, to preserve double-blind review.
- Corresponding author contact details are used to communicate editorial decisions and production updates.
- Published metadata (author names, affiliations, abstracts) becomes part of the permanent Open Access scholarly record.
Data Security
Submission and reviewer data are held within the OJS platform with access restricted to the Editorial Board and assigned reviewers. Reviewers are bound by strict confidentiality obligations under the journal's Reviewer Guidelines.
